How is your business helping to solve the health, social, or economic challenges created by COVID19?
10Power is providing reliable, renewable energy to hospitals confronting the COVID19 crisis in the world's most vulnerable communities. For example, one project in our pipeline is the main hospital in Haiti managing the entire country's COVID19 response. There is not reliable grid power in Haiti and 70% of the population has no electricity at all. Given that social distancing is impossible to enforce in places where people work hand-to-mouth in crowded places to survive every day, the projected number of cases in Haiti by September is 300,000. We are developing a fast-deploying solar+energy storage unit that can be quickly set up with minimal contact anywhere in the world.
