How is your business helping to solve the health, social, or economic challenges created by COVID19?
We grow different inputs from our farms, process different products with important vitamins and other minerals included in it then sell the products to our community at very reasonable price at fair marginal profit was our business model until the pandemic happened.Currently; we are producing and distributing food items essential for our customers and other target groups. Sadly the lock down due to COVID19 has significantly affected the incomes of our target groups and their families because many businesses are closed. as a result we were forced to further reduce the selling price of our products in to break even point but that was b=not even enough as families savings are being depleted so we further reduced the selling prices. our products are bread made from different crops, milk enriched with vitamins and processed vegetables and other food items.considering the extent of the change caused by the pandemic, we are delivering food and drink items to some community members whose income is severely affected and are socially marginalized groups.
