How is your business helping to solve the health, social, or economic challenges created by COVID19?
Our learning designers create interactive training that firms and NGOs deliver to people using the Arifu chatbot over SMS, FB Messenger and WhatsApp. We have worked with subject experts to develop a COVID-19 Starter Pack of content including topics on health, safety and how people can adapt their livelihoods to the reality of social distancing. All content is contextualized for low-income audiences and is free for them to access because we are able to monetize our platform through a B2B model. Some of our partners include banks, mobile operators, global tech companies, and iNGOs who need low-cost, high-scale ways to engage, train, and collect feedback from low-income audiences across their value chains to support their customers and beneficiaries while strengthening the informal and micro-enterprises that play a role in their operations. We are also developing a COVID-19 Extended Pack with a wider range of topics developed by an ecosystem of content providers and are giving them the Arifu platform for distribution and monetization of their content as a sustainable approach to scaling effective COVID-19 content.
