We improve global access to quality healthcare by providing a complete digital solution for delivering and operating sustainable, cost-effective and scalable modular healthcare facilities.There is a growing backlog for adequate healthcare services around the world. Healthcare stakeholders simply don’t have the time to wait several years for a hospital to be designed and built. Our feedback is that our platform is needed and will be adopted by sophisticated customers (in both the public and private sectors) seeking a higher quality product and better value from their capital investments. These are customers who have experienced the delays, conflict, disputes and poor quality associated with conventional project delivery models.Offering solutions in technology and design will enhance the capacity of health service delivery, reduce costs, and deepen the reach of healthcare services in countries around the world.

We have a strong co-founding team combining both industry experience and global corporate experience. David Harper is our CEO and Co-Founder. He has twenty years’ experience in the healthcare construction industry with a background in construction project management. He has acquired expertise and know-how across a broad range of capacities from subcontractor roles for specialist building technology packages to Client Representative on behalf of multi-national stakeholders. David has developed a unique insight into the construction value chain from the minutiae of the job site and the strategic needs of stakeholders, to the overarching global trends within the sector. His key projects include the 1,200 bed Queen Elizabeth II Hospital in the UK, and the US$7.9 billion Sidra Medical & Research Centre (acting as the Client Representative for Qatar Foundation/Qatar Petroleum). Prior to that, he was Project Director at Siemens leading a consortium responsible for delivering a US$200 million technology package.David also has a solid reputation for developing exceptional client and partner relationships ensuring stakeholder cooperation and timely delivery of large-scale, high profile commercial construction projects.Maha Harper is our COO and Co-Founder. She has over twenty years’ experience as a corporate lawyer in private practice and in-house roles specializing in cross-border commercial/financial transactions. Maha has most recently been CLO at a publicly-listed company.
