Prior to the CV, our cofounder has been running a successful Microgreen farm supplying chefs and restaurants for over 4 years with high quality produce, edible flowers and foraging local Maine vegetation. She has been selling direct to customers through farmers markets and pop up venues, and even opened an in town juice bar to offer a wider variety of product. Teaching through the local hospital, she has been able to educate individuals, doctors, patients and peers on the benefits of eating healthy and teaching people how to grow food themselves. Now more than ever, her reputation as a fluent and fluid entrepreneur has placed her in a position people are excited to partner with to do something big. Our team has not only management and financial expertise, but a website and graphic designer, sales and marketing leader, baker and chef, farmer and grower, all of which are charismatic, self employed individuals who are implementing our ideas and forming a business that incorporates all necessary skills.
