A Founder and Chairperson with training, skills, a strong business acumen and a passion to deliver impact in rural Sri Lanka and safeguard the natural environment. Also a lot of international experience a COO with significant supply chain experience in multi national companies A diverse core team consisting of operations management, logistics, sustainability, marketing, business development, engineering and R&D talent. And an IT partnership on a traceability platform PLanTX Backed by a 35 strong Field Officer network with connectivity to last mile village level ecosystems. (Thus far 20,000 out-growers have been migrated onto this platform. By end 2020 we anticipate all 50,000 farmer suppliers will be on the PLanTX platform)
