How is your business helping to solve the health, social, or economic challenges created by COVID19?
As social distancing restrictions lift, many parents will start being asked to come back into their place of work, perhaps in rotations or other flexible scheduling to fight the spread of Coronavirus. Meanwhile, daycares and summer camps are at reduced capacity or have closed altogether because of financial difficulty. If parents can't access childcare, the world cannot safely and equitably “re-open”.We're building a solution that can help parents everywhere return to work in a way that also prevents the spread of the virus itself. Research on social distancing recommends creating ‘micro-communities’ by repeatedly interacting with the same partners. Our platform creates these micro-communities through a person's workplace or fitness center and helps the parents coordinate helping each other with childcare. A flexible workforce needs a solution that can be scaled up or down based off of the virus’ containment. Minimizing contact with others in "bubbles” that they already interact with is a safer way forward for parents- and we're helping people build their childcare bubbles.
