Founder/CEO, Arthur Lucero is a frmr Air Force Special Operations Medic (Pararescueman) and ER Paramedic who realized, after working in the ER for 12 years, that there were no "Nike of medical scrubs" on the market. He wanted to work in scrubs that fit, were moisture wicking, comfortable and breathable for his 12+ hr shifts. Most importantly he wanted scrubs that offered more protection against pathogens he was continuously exposed to working in the ER. As an end user and team member of the health care community, he deeply understands his customers and designs scrubs to help them optimally perform their job. He also connects to them on a cultural level on social media. Jon Pickett (Arthur's Father in Law), CLO, has over 30 yrs experience with supply chain management, freight forwarding, fulfillment and logistics. Brandon Lucero (Arthur's cousin), Marketing Officer, is the founder of a 7 figure digital marketing agency. He's an industry expert on target marketing and funneling ecommerce sales.
