Myself Victor, CEO of the company, ran into the problem of identification in 2018 when trying to register for a bank account in Zimbabwe, the KYC requirements took the process almost 2 weeks; thus, I investigated the root cause which was identity. I contacted my Co-founder Haardik whom I had met the previous summer at King's College, London & the solution evolved over the next two years.
