This innovation came as we could not deliver our products to our customers due to the lockdown. So we suffered a lot of loss due to spoilage of our brown rice which is always fresh and susceptible to weevils attack as it’s not chemically treated. We understand that other businesses are facing similar challenges and we therefore decided to introduce it into our business and help other businesses too. Our team understands the problem and we are already building our skills and knowledge about the new innovation.
