How is your business helping to solve the health, social, or economic challenges created by COVID19?
Klēn (pronounced Clean) is a platform to help reactivate the economy building trust by connecting community and commerce. The world has been changed by the Covid19 pandemic: consumer buying behavior, how people interact with businesses and the fear of contamination - across all aspects of life - is irreversible. We have been flooded with inaccurate information, conflicting guidelines and false remedies. Agencies have struggled with this, and businesses are finding it even more difficult. This is the Truth Gap, and it will drive consumer behavior. Most consumers will be deeply uncomfortable returning to restaurants, shops, hotels, gyms, etc, until they are confident that those establishments have been cleaned to CDC standards and have procedures in place to minimize infection. How can businesses quickly show they are responsible stewards and provide the peace of mind needed to win back customers in the new normal? Klēn fills this truth gap between consumers and businesses.
