La Comandanta is a Mexican company focused on identifying, rescuing, and promoting authentic Mexican Creole foods made or harvested by small producers under the most traditional methods of our territory. Our interest is in reviving the traditional Mexican countryside, preventing our seeds from being lost, as well as our ancestral cooking and cultivation processes.

We are buying upfront and at fair-price to all of our small farmers. Farmers are being very affected by COVID-19 and need cash in hand to survive. La Comandanta is committed to keeping maintain fair prices and cash upfront with all our providers.
