We create custom blends of worsted top and have access to antimicrobial tops for blending into yarns. We use local small spinning mills to create yarns for our customers that meet their needs.We have created a Seacell-Pearl Fiber and Nylon blend specifically for a client that is looking to develop clothing lines for babies with health issues.Our scale is to create micro commercial top making and spinning mills to meet local regional needs for fiber artists (60,000 in the US) and develop a franchise regional scheme for this.We have sources of commercial textile machines that can be repurposed for this purpose and we can make the prototypes of these antimicrobial textiles for both individuals and mass market.The challenge in bringing US Textiles back is the cost of workers compensation so Owner Operated mills are needed. The model we propose is consistent with how the Aviation Industry pieces out to machinists who make the vanes for aircraft engines and other parts from/on commercial milling machines at there homes.Creating Healthy Fiber Blends and knitting and weaving yarns can be used for face masks (other apparel) and provide a income source for individual crafters.
