Nav.it's money management tool combines behavioral assessments with financial outcomes and creates an ecosystem where users can learn about their finances, track their progress, and identify their personal behavioral approach to finances. They can bank with us and calibrate their behaviors to increase financial health outcomes. It provides automated budgeting and savings to move people towards basic financial health and will soon launch a checking and lending program. It has measurement and daily tracking tools and rewards when positive behavior is achieved. The product also utilizes AI-driven nudges, alerts, and community-driven education while incentivizing users' participation and behavior change through well-established incentive strategies. There is a b-c offering as well as an employee benefit offering under the umbrella of holistic and financial wellness programming.

Erin Papworth (she/her), CEO, spent 12 years working in behavioral science. Erin started her first company in 2015 and while growing it to a 6-figure business. With a background in behavioral science and economic development theory, Erin brings both content expertise and C-suite management to Nav.it.Co-founder and CMO, Maia Monell (she/her), has experience in growth marketing and brand strategy for developing software firms as well as in global women’s development. Maia holds an M.S. in Marketing Strategy & Innovation from Cass Business School. Maia's background in professional female athlete campaigns, sales, and Brand Ambassadors gives her the perfect expertise to grow Nav.it. In her short time with Nav.it she has launched a Brand Ambassador campaign and increased user growth by 40%. Darren Cox (he/him), CTO, is a full-stack developer and two-time entrepreneur that sold his last company to Graham Holdings Company. Darren developed novel podcasting software that allowed dynamic advertising and monetization of podcasts. Darren brings leadership and development expertise across platforms, machine learning, and UX/UI to lead the technology development as well as sale and acquisition experience.Emily Elmore, Cozetta Smith, and Nikki Hurtado on the marketing team all bring their creative experience, data analytics, marketing skills, and passion for changing the narrative around money to Nav.it.
