We are the lowest-cost housing provider in our market, offering furnished rooms, with utilities, WiFi, and laundry included for an average of $560/month. Our residents have an average income of $21k annually and are 95%+ people of color, so they are among the most dramatically impacted by the pandemic, both economically and in terms of health. Housing is the largest social determinant of health and employment, and we're keeping a roof over their heads.

Our COO, Frank Furman, is a former McKinsey consultant and real estate investor.
