As people spend 90% of their time indoors and increasing live, work and breathe at home, houseplants are a comforting, healthy companion. According to a recent study, even just the sight of a plant reduces stress. The horticultural industry, though, has been struggling with supply chain challenges, with some plants getting tossed. Plantmatch has a vision to bring these plants into a sharing economy and GreenForward more communities. In a time of collective anxiety, surrounding ourselves with more plants brings some relief and connection to nature.

Each of us has lived in big cities and knows the challenges of getting plants, then giving them away when moving. We gave diverse skills from product management to marketing to supply chain and strategy.
