Amidst widespread financial insecurity caused by COVID19, Change Machine offers nonprofit businesses virtual financial coaching referral options, community training events, and product and service recommendations. While these resources support nonprofits in their work with customers, we are also building Crisis Coaching Protocols - or a sequence of crowd-sourced, high-impact financial security actions that drive tangible outcomes for low-income households - to continue to support customers in the months and years to come. These Protocols will form the foundation for cognitive computing and, eventually, robo-advising at various points throughout the virtual financial coaching engagement.
