We have 2 Covid19 products:- Security deposit loans.Xspaced lends directly to renters for security deposits coverage to eliminate financial barriers to housing during C19.Renters re-pay back in 12 months with a 90-120 option for payment deferral.- Covid19 rent relief program.Xspaced deposits rent ½ payment directly to landlords on behalf of tenants.Terms: from ½ of rent amount for 3 consecutive months (up to $2k per unit).Option for deferred payment period: 90-120 days.Tenant pays back loan over 12-24 months.
