We are a consulting and social impact company that uses a data driven methodology to identify and target the magnitude and location for investments and interventions that will improve quality of life and yield a high return on investment in the areas of poverty reduction, community health and empowerment, climate and energy, built environment, education, and economy and jobs.
Through a phased micro economy strategy, we will use local knowledge and spatial analysis to apply resilient and people-centered strategies in Tucson, AZ and Western Cape, South Africa. We intelligently prioritize specific geographic areas and population specific interventions to areas yielding the highest impact as we guide the reopening of communities and to restart local economies. The ideal anchor champion partners are religious institutions, healthcare, education, and energy groups. Our strategy includes widespread COVID testing with results within 24 hours, health awareness and prevention, school readiness programs, poverty reduction strategies, trauma intervention, energy efficiency improvements, and improved healthcare provision. Collaboratively, local interventionists (nonprofits, corporations, policy champions, etc.) whose mission align with desired outcomes and corporate entities with a business problem benefiting from a social impact intervention develop a comprehensive intervention. Funding is deployed quickly and in short intervals through our unique funding model. As services are performed, we pool multi-stakeholder data that includes what has been done and where, which we then feed back into our model allowing us to continuously evaluate performance and quickly respond to changes in need or outcomes. Our methods demonstrate a paradigmatic shift in current charitable giving, nonprofit management models, opportunity zone development, and impact investing.
